Hiporehabilitace a její možné využití u žáků středních škol
Divišová, Markéta
This bachelor thesis called “The use of hiporehabilitation for students of secondary schools” focuses on how hiporehabilitation helps people with disabilities. The aim of this paper is to determine whether this type of rehabilitation helps with stress management, improves school grades, strengthens social ties, and develops communication skills. The research was conducted in the form of a questionnaire, which was distributed online. The findings show that hiporehabilitation helps the majority of respondents with stress reduction, to improve school grades and communication, and to create social ties. The outcome of the findings might be used in practice. Furthermore, the findings suggest that hiporehabilitation is beneficial for students of secondary schools. The results may also be the inspiration to doctors when they prescribe the therapy. There is a possibility to improve the life situation of clients in both private and school-based settings. Unfortunately, there are not many sources that would discuss the use of hiporehabilitation in educational sciences. The choice of research questions is based on what seems to be important for better education at school. It is necessary to see the findings as initial information about the topic. The questionnaire respondents were mainly parents. Thus, they are respondents who have a subjective point of view on the questions in the questionnaire. Parents may see the improvement at home and at school. If we wanted In this thesis, there is summarized how hiporehabilitation affects the client and how it improves his school grades. The successful student might be the individual who developed a sufficient attention span and memory, who is among the students that accept him, and who is not stressed because of school. These aspects contribute to overall success and better school results at secondary school.
Hyporehabilitation Havlíčkův Brod
Veselý, Karel ; Kalánek, Jiří (referee) ; Brzoň, Roman (advisor)
The subject of this diploma thesis is to design a NZEB hyporehabilitation building in the hospital campus in Havlíčkův Brod. The building has three above-ground and one underground floors, connected with a staircase and elevator. It contains five therapy rooms with an access to a terrace and stables for up to seven horses. The underground floor includes a corridor, a technical room, an air conditioning unit room and warehouses. On the other floors, there are facilities for hipporehabilitation staff facilities and stables for horses. The building is based on reinforced concrete foundations. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed from ceramic blocks. In the basement, the cast-in-place reinforced concrete cladding is insulated with ETICS. The floor structure consists of prefabricated reinforced concrete panels. The staircase is designed as a reinforced concrete prefabricate. The building is covered with a flat, single-skin roof, partially designed as green roof. The heating and domestic hot water are privided by the connection to the campus central heat supply system using a heat-exchanger. Ventilation in the building is provided by air-conditioning units with heat recovery. Photovoltaic panels are installed on the roof of the building. In the third part, the details in the 2D temperature field of selected parts of the building were assessed, modifications were proposed and an evaluation was carried out. The diploma thesis was processed mainly in ArchiCad and DEKSOFT software.

Influence of horse breed and type of terrain on activation of the abdominal muscles in hippotherapy
Fraňková, Věra ; Lopot, František (advisor) ; Kubový, Petr (referee)
Title: Influence of horse breed and type of terrain on activation of the abdominal muscles in hippotherapy. Purposes: The aim of the study is to find out if horse breed and type of terrain approaches muscle activation in the position of unassisted sitting Methods: The study is of intraindividual character and incudes theoretical and practical part. The activation of abdominal muscles was measured by using surface electromyography and kinematic analysis. Results: There was differance between muscle activation with a different type of terrain. Horse breed does not influence a muscle activation but the individual biomechanic of each horse. Key words: hippotherapy, hipporehabilitation, horse breed, activation of abdominal muscles, unassisted seat, therapeutic horseback riding, electromyography
Use of Equine Assisted Therapy with children suffering from behavioral disorders and ADHD
Lukáš, Martin ; Valešová Malecová, Barbara (advisor) ; Šiška, Jan (referee)
Therapeutic horseback riding is one of the most popular and the most used form of animal based therapy. The term "therapeutic horseback riding" itself is very broad and it consists of four basic branches. The most used, yet least described, is the branch that has been called "pedagogical-psychological horseback riding therapy" since 2011. This branch is further divided into two sub-branches, Equine assisted psychotherapy and Horse-based activities. These two sub-branches overlap each other and are usually conducted together. With school-age children they are mostly used in cases of behavioral disorders and ADHD. The goal of the thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of the methods with children diagnosed as such. The research was realized in "Stredisko hyporehabilitace Pirueta" which operates within the Mental Hospital in Havlickuv Brod. The method of the research was observation of five subjects within the one complete therapy unit. At the beginning and at the end of the unit the tutors of the subjects were given observational scale, which served as supplementary technique for diagnostics. Data obtained from own observation and the data gained from observational scaled matched each other approximately in 90%. During the therapy unit all the subjects improved in areas of self-confidence, self-...
